Your boats were impeccable. They were clean, well maintained, and excellently furnished. The children had a great time, they loved the boats and everyone was very comfortable. All of the crews were excellent and got along well with the families. They were all enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile and help out in every way possible. Even the weather cooperated - every day was perfect.
I have to say I had a bit of trepidation taking such a large group all the way from Europe and putting them on boats for 8 days. So many things could have gone wrong. But your team made it work so well. I'd like to commend you and your staff - I've chartered with many other companies in the past and you were by far the best.
